What information we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need, details about the job and your property, how you would like us to contact you, and any photos you choose to upload. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you share with us.
To stop spam, we send a one-time verification code to your email address (or by text message if you choose that option) before your enquiry is sent. Once it is verified, we email you a confirmation with a PDF copy of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not use enquiry details for marketing and we do not sell your information.
We process this information because it is needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Enquiries, including any photos you upload, are emailed to us and stored securely on our website. A copy can be downloaded from a private link shown after you send your enquiry; that link expires after 30 days. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
