Service 01
Need a new gas hob or cooker connected? We install and connect gas appliances safely, test the installation and make sure everything is working properly before we leave.
Service 02
An annual boiler service helps keep your boiler running safely and reliably, and can pick up small problems before they turn into breakdowns. If your boiler is showing a fault code, losing pressure or not firing up, we can diagnose the problem and carry out the repair.
Service 03
From a dripping tap to a toilet that won’t stop running, we handle the everyday plumbing jobs that keep a home working. We also fit and replace hot water cylinders, including unvented systems.
Service 04
Some leaks are easy to spot. Others show up as damp patches, stained ceilings, a rising water bill or a heating system that keeps losing pressure. We investigate to find where the water is coming from, so the right repair can be made.
Service 05
A slow sink or a blocked toilet can quickly become a bigger problem. We clear blockages in sinks, baths, showers, toilets and outside drains, and carry out repairs and maintenance where drainage is damaged or keeps blocking.
Service 06
Radiators that stay cold at the bottom, noisy pipework or a heating system that takes an age to warm up? We work on radiators, pipework and complete heating systems, including power flushing to clear sludge from older systems.
Service 07

Whether it’s a small upgrade or a larger renovation, we can plan the plumbing, heating and building work together so the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Service 09
Landlords must arrange a gas safety check every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer and give tenants a copy of the record within 28 days of the check. We carry out the check on your rental property and provide a record of the results. If anything needs attention, we’ll explain what is required and quote for the work.
Service 10
